This class is designed for men who are beginners to yoga. No experience, flexibility, or spandex required.
Some men are hesitant to try yoga, and this class is an attempt to help more men feel comfortable with the practice. All are welcome, no one will be turned away.
Tuesdays, at 6pm at Dorothea Dix Park. We will meet near the flower cottage. Try to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class.
Please bring your yoga mat, water, and anything else that you will need to have a comfortable outdoor practice such as sunscreen, bug spray, a blanket, etc.
Suggested donation of $10.

Private sessions are the best way to safely begin your yoga practice at your own pace, with 1-on-1 attention from a certified teacher. We will work together to focus on what matters most to you and create a sustainable practice that is customized to your goals and interests.
This is a session in my private studio in my home in Raleigh, NC. (I can come to your place for an extra charge, depending on location)
