Conscious Consumption @ Oak City Yoga

In this class we will:

• Learn key concepts on effective use
• Learn about the practice of intention setting and set a personal intention
• Consume a portion of the D9 infused elixir that you feel comfortable with
• Move through a series of gentle yoga poses and breath practices
• Receive tools and tips for integration.

This plant can help us to see beyond the current limitations and unconscious stories that are running in the background of our minds.

When consumed consciously, it can be a connection medicine, allowing a softer version of ourselves to come forward. A version that is more able to be vulnerable and feel the depth of all of our emotions.

The yoga practice will be slow, gentle, and accessible to all levels.

$25 entry includes D9 Elixir and yoga class.

Participants will also receive a special discount on hemp products after class.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to check in, set up your mat, and choose your elixir. Class will begin promptly at 4:20pm.

You must be 21+ to register and join.

Parking: Street parking is free before 8:00a and after 6:00p. There is free two hour parking in front of 400 N West Condominiums. There is a paid parking deck under The Line apartments at Smokey Hollow. Paid street parking is available from 8:00a-6:00p and is FREE on the weekends.
