Exclusive, members only content! Full Length Classes! This is a series of yoga flow classes designed to challenge your strength and stability utilizing yoga poses as well as calisthenics exercises. Strength means more than just physical - we can develop our mental strength as well as our emotional stability.
During these classes, we will focus on building strength and stamina in the body and mind. This class is more physically demanding and is best suited for those that already have some experience with yoga.
